Mars Research is committed to ensuring that all information obtained during the research process remains strictly confidential. Research data will never be released showing individual client information, however aggregate data may be issued for industry analysis.

Information gathered is stored in a proprietary database that can only be accessed using a password-protected system. Each client will receive a distinctive password in order to view the results. It is up to the client to keep that password safeguarded. The password may be changed at the client's written request.
