beSatisfied is a CSI industry leader providing unique quality customer follow-up and customer satisfaction services to a wide range of industries.   Our exclusive and user-friendly web based platform , with a proprietary accountability feature , gives us a commanding edge in the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs that allows clients to track and maintain satisfied customers as well as attract and manage prospects.  The company was created in 2000 and is an offshoot of a 10 year program started at Mars Research in 1990 by the three key partners.    

Call Center Operations

beSatisfied owns and operates a 60-seat computer-equipped call center in Deerfield Beach , Florida . No work is outsourced to other call centers in order to maintain the highest level of quality and professionalism. Clients are able to monitor the customer contact off-site to ensure the process meets their needs. We maintain a 1 to 10 supervisor to interviewer ratio - a very high standard for the industry. Our full-time technical staff is experienced in network solutions and troubleshooting to ensure the least amount of downtime.

Additionally 20% of our interviewing staff is Spanish bilingual. The call center is open 7 days a week 9:00 AM to Midnight EST Monday to Friday and 11:00 AM to 6 PM on Weekends.
