MARS Research is a member of the MRA (Market Research Association) and adheres to the “MRA Code of Marketing Research Standards” whose purpose is to ensure that members conform to the principles of market research. This includes conducting research in an honest and ethical manner with respect to the general public and it’s rights. We are committed to ensuring that all information obtained during the research process remains strictly confidential. Research data will never be released showing individual client information, however aggregate data may be issued for industry analysis. We ensure that all data is reported accurately and honestly.

Information gathered is stored in a proprietary database that can only be accessed using a password-protected system. Each client receives a distinctive password in order to view the results. These passwords need to be safeguarded by the client, but can be changed with a written request.
